AUTOMATED TRANSACTION MONITORING

Global Compliance Systems specializes in automated transaction monitoring for cash-based businesses. “GCS provides compliance and regulatory software services for the unique compliance needs of companies that offer MSB services including money transfers, check cashing, money orders and payday loans,” says President of GCS, Chris Kawula.

GCS’ suite of transaction monitoring services includes automated analysis of data, transaction aggregation across stores, products and vendors, OFAC screening, and automated CTR/SAR filing with FinCEN.

EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR

Capital Compliance Experts has been awarded the exclusive distribution rights of the proprietary, patent pending automated transaction monitoring technology. Additionally, William Souza now sits on the GCS board of directors to assist in guiding all future development of new compliance tools for the cash-based MSB industry.

We sought out to develop an automated transaction monitoring tool that could combine technology with the intricacies of regulatory compliance by way of monitoring transactions within CCE’s Compliance Management Portal.

The Compliance Management Portal currently hosts services including an online employee training center, document repository, calendar reminders and digitized monitoring logs. Now we add the power of automated transaction monitoring and analysis tools which include red flag identification and automated CTR/SAR filing that dramatically reduces the time it takes to aggregate and review large sets of data.
